We are excited to announce Dr. Karyn “Ryn” Skultety, PhD (she/her) has joined Reaching Out MBA as the next Executive Director. Ryn is a dynamic, established nonprofit leader with years of experience in community driven planning and change including organizations driving significant impact within the LGBTQ+ community. There's still so much more to learn from others, which ties into my lifelong goal of learning and sharing what I've learned. After obtaining my MBA at the end of this year, I hope to become even more involved in future ROMBA events!
